Kill Switch: This option will block devices from accessing the internet if there is an issue with the VPN tunnel. This is especially when switching from one VPN server to another as it stops data leaking as the new tunnel connects
 
Policy and Proxy Routing Modes:  The default setting is all traffic will go through VPN. This can be changed using any of the pre-programmed Policy Modes.
Policy Based on the target domain or IP; In this mode, only the traffic of certain websites defined by IP address or domain name will go through VPN.
Policy Based on the client device; In this mode, only the traffic of certain local client devices defined by MAC address will go through VPN. Simply select your device and add it to the list so it by-passes the VPN. Numerous devices can be added.
Policy Based on VLAN; In this mode, only the traffic of certain VLAN can go through the VPN. e.g your normal WiFi network will use the VPN and the Guest WiFi network will by-pass the VPN or visa versa
